About our Tankards
What woods do we use?
Our pieces are made with a variety of non-endangered domestic and exotic hardwoods. We conform to the recommendations for use of woods set by the Rainforest Alliance and WARP (Woodworker’s Alliance for Rainforest Protection). We do not dye or stain any of the woods; the subtle or brilliant colors found in each piece are natural.
What are the coated with?
Our pieces are lined with an epoxy resin FDA-approved for food contact up to 400 F. Our “functional art” may be used to drink literally everything, including coffee, tea, and beer. The lining does not impart a taste or odor to the beverage.
Please note: the interior coating of the tankards is gray.
Ordering
Our minimum wholesale purchase for first-time orders is 10 pieces, mix-and-match. Subsequent minimal orders are 20 pieces, mix-and-match.
Volume discounts are available (5% discount for orders of 100 or more).
We ship via FedEx Ground. Shipping cost is $1 per tankard.
Payment is required in advance. We accept personal checks, VISA, and MasterCard.
